TRADE SHOW EXHIBITION


The key to making this conference worth while are the contacts and new information you will gather from both the presenters and fellow delegates. Our aim is to provide maximum opportunity for making contacts and networking, while making it easy for you. All delegates are invited to take part in our trade show, and while there is no additional cost to exhibit, you must register in advance to reserve your space.

Our trade show is unlike conventional trade shows, in that it is designed to involve a minimum of set-up and provide maximum benefit. Each exhibit space will be provided with one table (no skirting) on which to display promotional material, and each space will accommodate one pop-up backdrop. Electrical and wireless hook-ups will not be available.

This event will be held at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre, across from the Lester Centre for the Performing Arts, where our conference speakers will present. Set-up will take place from 8:00- 9:00 AM on Monday, September 15th, just prior to the conference opening. The trade show, itself, will be open to delegates from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Coffee break and a stand-up lunch will take place in the trade show exhibit area, will be provided for each conference delegate.

You will be given your pre-assigned exhibit space at the time of set-up on Monday morning, and each exhibitor will be responsible for set-up, take-down and removal of refuse and left-over materials at 4:30 PM, at the end of the conference. Requests for exhibit space must be received by September 10th, 2008.
